Regulating wheel is driven by AC brushless servo motor coupled to spindle for direct drive through an angle gear box. This eliminates practically all mechanical drive components. The regulating wheel speed can be changed in same cycle for roughing to finishing operation in infeed cycle, providing more accurate roundness and finish on the part.

Grinder can be offered with two axes of servo driven controls for grinding wheel truing to generate steps, crown or profile on the grinding wheel. Also available with diamond roll dresser and diamond rolls.

User friendly dedicated software supplied for the thrufeed or infeed applications. Easy part programming possible with touch screen monitor. All changes in part program can be made right on the screen by operator, enhancing productivity. Remote control buttons provided, if required for ease of operation and fast compensation. Software is designed to work in inch or metric system and can be available to be used in English and Spanish.
